DMCA Takedown Notice

Last updated: 21 May 2026

AIVoiceSeparator does not store user uploads beyond 24 hours and does not host the original copyrighted content on any public URL. Users are responsible for the rights to the audio they upload (see Terms).

How to file a takedown

If you believe a job on our service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:

  1. Your contact information (name, email, phone, mailing address).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The exact URL on our service that hosts the infringing material (typically a /api/download/<job_id>/<stem> link). Because jobs expire after 24 h, your notice must arrive within that window or the file will already be gone.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge takedown notices within 48 hours and remove offending material within 72 hours of verification. In practice the job will usually have already been auto-deleted by then.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with: identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We terminate access for users who repeatedly violate copyright. Repeated takedowns from the same IP → IP banned.
