1. Use only with content you have rights to

You are responsible for owning the rights to anything you upload — whether it is:

• Audio you recorded or composed yourself
• Audio licensed from the rights holder
• Public-domain or Creative Commons content that permits derivative works

Using AIVoiceSeparator to infringe copyright (e.g. extracting vocals from a copyrighted song to resell) is solely your action; we accept no liability.

2. Prohibited uses

• Creating deepfakes or defaming individuals
• Fraud, deception, or any illegal activity
• Generating content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
• Abuse (DDoS, quota circumvention, mass scraping)

Violations → IP ban and possible legal action.

3. Usage limits

• Free tier: 1 song / IP / day (resets at midnight UTC)
• Patreon Pro: 20 songs / day
• Max upload size: 100 MB
• Max audio length: 15 minutes
• Results retained on the server for 24 hours — download before they expire

Attempting to circumvent these limits (e.g. using VPNs to split jobs across IPs) violates these terms.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of quality, accuracy, or continuous availability.

Separation quality depends on:

• The original mix — songs with vocals and instruments heavily overlapping in frequency will yield lower quality
• AI model limits — every vocal-separation system leaves some artifacts

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms without prior notice. Continued use after a change = acceptance of the new terms.
