What makes a good AI acapella extractor?
A great acapella has three properties: low instrumental bleed (you don't hear the drums or guitars peeking through), preserved high-frequency detail (the breath, the consonants, the air around the voice — what makes a vocal feel real), and natural dynamics (no pumping or weird artifacts when the singer gets loud or quiet).

Why our acapellas are cleaner than other free tools
- Three-model ensemble vs single model. Spleeter, vocalremover.org, and most free tools use a single model. Each model has weaknesses — one leaks cymbals, another smears sibilants. Averaging three independent models smooths out each one's blind spots.

Frequently asked questions
How clean is the acapella, really?
On a modern pop or hip-hop studio master, you'll hear almost no instrumental in the vocal stem. On a heavily mastered EDM track with sidechained vocals, you may hear faint pumping. On live recordings with bleed, expect more residue.
Can I sample this commercially?
The AI extraction is a technical service. The underlying rights to the vocal performance still belong to the original artist/label. For commercial sampling, you need to clear the sample like any other.
What about backing vocals?
Backing vocals (harmonies, ad-libs, doubles) are usually pulled into the vocal stem too, since they're tagged as "vocal" by the model. Some heavy choral layers may remain in the instrumental side.
Why is the acapella in stereo if vocals are usually mono?
Modern vocals are processed through stereo effects (reverb, doubler plugins, harmonizers) that spread them across the stereo field. Our model preserves that stereo image rather than collapsing to mono.
Can I get a dry acapella (no reverb)?
The extraction preserves whatever reverb is baked into the original mix. To dry the acapella further, run it through a reverb-removal plugin after download.
